A spiritual and uplifting collection of songs and lullabies to inspire childhood memories. As an extra BONUS, Angelina recently has started to write and there are a few of her first poetic pieces on this CD.

When people meet Angelina, they usually comment on how she has an old spirit in a young body. Each one of these recordings is different in many ways but a common thread holds them together. Once again, Angelina collectively put together songs that have one way or another touched her soul and warmed her heart. She also has written some poetic pieces as introductions to some of the songs that she hopes will bring you or someone you know joy and wonderful memories of happier times, much like a hand-sewn family quilt passed down through the generations.

Angelina’s second CD release for 2004 is called The Child Within. With this newest release, Angelina takes a new approach to her already legendary vocals. She has added a new style that equals that of Sara Brightman, Harry Connik Jr., Josh Groban, or even Frank Sinatra. Each one of these recordings is different in many ways, but a common thread holds them together. The thread is made of innocence, creative imagination, love of life and a deep sense of childlike spirituality. Once again, Angelina collectively puts together songs that have in one way or another touched her soul and warmed her heart. From everyone's childhood comes songs like "Yes, Jesus Love Me," "Baby Mine" from Dumbo, and "Pure Imagination" from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Other songs that show a childlike innocence and love of God include "Breathe," "Lord You Have My Heart," "As I Kneel," "My Deliverer," "Christopher Robin Saying His Prayers," and many more. This CD also adds something new as Angelina has begun writing poems and adds a few to the songs as an introduction. This CD is a reminder that we must come to Jesus like a child full of innocence and faith.
