International Shipping
International orders are shipped via
US Postal Service--Global Priority when possible--otherwise via
First Class Air Mail. Your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
applied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges must be borne by you. We
cannot control these charges and have no way of predicting them. Customs policies vary
from country to country so contact your Customs Office for more information.
Once the shipment leaves our premises we have no control over
delivery in the country of destination.

It usually takes 2-3 days to complete, process and ship
an international order.
Out of Stock and Backordered Items
If some items are not in stock when you place your order,
we may send you a partial shipment. The balance of your order will then be placed on
Backorder and you will be notified via email. The second shipment will always be sent via
the US Postal Service and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Lost
orders
Orders
are considered lost when the allotted time for transit has passed and no
delivery of the order has been made. Lost
shipments are most often due to conditions beyond our control at the US
Postal Service or because of a mistake in the shipping address provided by a
customer. CatholicMusicNetwork.com
is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer when entering a
shipping address. If an order
is lost or returned due to an address mistake, the customer will be charged
the amount of a replacement order or a second shipping charge in the case of
returned order. If
there are no mistakes in the address and the shipment is lost due to an
error by the US Postal Service, CatholicMusicNetwork.com will replace the
order.
Allotted
shipping times for the different shipping methods are as follows:
Media mail 15-30 days
First Class 10-15 days
Priority Mail 8-10 days
In
calculating the allotted shipping time, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are
not included.
CatholicMusicNetwork.com reserves the right to request additional
time within reason in order to definitively conclude that a shipment has
indeed been lost.
Returns or Refunds
In the unlikely event that
you need to return your unopened CD or
tape, we’ll be happy to send you a refund.
Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay
for the original order. You may return any part of
an order within 30 days of receipt. Only items that
have been unopened are eligible for refund. Shipping fees and return postage fees are only
refunded if the return is due to a defective CD/tape or an error on our part. Just follow these simple instructions:
1.
Place CD/tape(s) in the original shipping box or package. If you have discarded the
original shipping carton, you may return your order in any kind of packaging that protects
the merchandise
2.
Include the original invoice (we cannot issue a refund without it).
3.
On the invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the CD/tape (wrong or damaged
CD/tape).
4.
Please include the credit card number you used when you purchased the item. Don’t
forget to include your email address as well.
5.

Please allow up to 3 weeks after a returned item is received for
processing. We will notify you via e-mail of
your refund.
MP3 Downloads
CatholicMusicNetwork.com allows you to buy and download any
number of songs in MP3 format for just 99¢ each (unless
otherwise specified).
Click the song's "Add to Cart" button to add that song to the CMN shopping cart.
You
can put both individual songs and complete CDs in your shopping
cart during a single session.
Proceed to finalize your order
and enter your payment details.
After your payment has been
processed, you will be able to directly proceed to a download
page where you can retrieve your MP3s. We'll also send you
the download link and instructions via email. You will
have 48 hours and three attempts to download your MP3(s).
If you are not planning to
download at the time of your purchase, be very sure--super duper
sure!--that you have correctly entered your email address with
your payment details. If you fail to do so you will not
receive your email notice and you will have to contact customer
service at
orders@catholicmusicnetwork.com. An error in
entering your email address could mean forfeiting your download.
