The Carpenter's Son has been composing and performing original spirited music since 1994. The main focus of the group's ministry is "to share with others what God has given them". All the members of the group come from different backgrounds and musical experiences, but collectively produce a rich intricate sound they can uniquely call their own. From this experience in many different musical styles and genres, the music of The Carpenter's Son presents messages of faith and hope with influences from folk and pop rock with a definite Celtic influence mixed in as well.

Drawing from their respective backgrounds, the writing style of the group presents melodies that are as interesting and uplifting as the lyrics are thought provoking and spirit moving; and as diverse as the individual members themselves. It is difficult to label the music of The Carpenter's Son as any particular style, but rather a unique blend of many styles that have found its niche in the Christian music market. Playing instruments such as flute, Celtic whistles, fiddles, spoons, bodhrán, guitars, bass and drums; the group performs music that is lively and energetic - singing songs of life and spirit.

Following the tremendous success of The Carpenter's Son premiere extended release "Angels Will Be Dancing" in 1994; the group have since released their full-length debut CD - Warrior Of The Cross - 2001 & now the follow up album "Its About Time - It's About Jesus" released November - 2004
