Tatiana
Tatiana
started her performing career when she was only four. As a child
she was involved with every Children's Festival and TV show that
was produced in her native Croatia. Educated in music at the
Croatian Music Conservatory and trained in acting at the Zagreb
Youth Theater, Tatiana grew into a true professional who at the
age of nineteen accomplished success and fame unprecedented in
former Yugoslavia. Her albums reached platinum sales and in less
than a year she became the most popular and influential performing
artist in her country. Tatiana's concerts were events of its own
kind - with tens of thousands screaming fans.
During the war in Croatia, Tatiana performed with Croatian Art
Forces in efforts to raise funds for wounded people and refugees.
She spent her days off in hospitals, orphanages or on the front
lines - all in an effort to make the sufferings a little easier
with her gift of music. In 1992, at the end of the first six
months of the war, Tatiana decided to move to United States. She
had hoped to raise awareness of what was really going on in her
country through music, faith and love for all people.
In New York, Tatiana graduated from American Musical and Dramatic
Academy, performed at Madison Square Garden, Carnegie Hall,
Cabaret clubs "Eighty Eights", "Divine Lounge
Club", theaters and other venues. She also appeared in
several TV shows as a guest performer.
Today Tatiana lives and works in Los Angeles. She produces her own
shows "Struggles & Graces" performed all over South
California; "Broadway On My Mind" performed at the Java
Joint and, "Tatiana's Tribute to Broadway" performed in
New York's renowned Tattoo Club; composes music; and regularly
performs with the Jazz Trio "Soliloquy".
